Delivery
Saris-Balustrades promises to deliver high-quality products in excellent condition to your door. If for any reason your shipment is unsatisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return. Please adhere to the following return policy:
Return Conditions
The following items can be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase:
- Items that have not been removed from their original packaging.
- Defective items.
- Items that were incorrectly packed or shipped.
- Items that have not been installed.
Important Guidelines
- Please do not schedule any professional services (builders, crane operators, or carpenters) until you have received and inspected our products for any defects.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items unless they are defective.
- Saris-Balustrades is not responsible for any labor costs incurred due to the installation of incorrect or defective parts.
- If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, please inspect the packaging carefully. If the contents seem damaged, please refuse the shipment. We will do our best to send you a replacement order promptly.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds for returned products are processed within 10 business days.
Proper Measurement and Ordering
Before placing an order, please ensure you have selected the correct size of the unit and consulted with your builder in advance. If you have purchased the incorrect size, we will need to cancel and refund the entire order. In this case, we will deduct up to a 5% transaction fee, and if your order has already been shipped, we will also deduct return shipping fees. Please note that refunds are processed within 10 business days after the units are returned to our warehouse.
