Delivery Details

Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
  • In some cases, due to traffic or unforeseen delays, deliveries may arrive as late as 8 PM.

Delivery Notification

  • We provide an estimated delivery notice 1-2 hours before arrival on the day of delivery.
  • However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or offer a specific time slot.

Assistance Required for Unloading

  • Our drivers operate alone and require on-site assistance for unloading.
  • Glass balustrades can be heavy, requiring multiple people to assist depending on size and weight.
  • Failure to provide unloading assistance may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for organizing sufficient manpower or equipment for unloading.
  • We do not accept liability for any damages that occur during unloading, as this process is managed by the customer.

Important Notice for Equipment & Labour

  • Do not book cranes, installation equipment, or labour prior to the confirmed delivery date.
  • Delays or rescheduling may occur, and we are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to premature bookings.

Missed Deliveries

No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery location, our driver will attempt to contact you via phone, text, and voicemail.
  • If no contact is made, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Product Return & Redelivery Fees

  • Redelivery charges apply for any second or third delivery attempts due to a missed appointment.
  • Customers will be required to arrange a new delivery date and cover additional shipping fees before redelivery is scheduled.
