Shipping Policy
Shipping within Europe and the UK
- Free Shipping: All orders are eligible for free shipping.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically received within 3 - 6 weeks.
- Delivery Scheduling: After payment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- Delivery Method: We use our own drivers, as well as external couriers to ensure the safe arrival of our products.
- Assistance Required: Our drivers require assistance on-site for unloading (and collection), as they are alone and pre-loaded at our warehouse.
- External Shipping Network: We use an external shipping network for some regions. They will contact you to book a delivery time.
- Local Depot Pickup: In some cases, due to the lack of suitable delivery vans, you may need to pick up your order from the local depot.
Delivery Details
- Delivery Hours: Deliveries occur between 8 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Deliveries can be delayed up to 8 pm due to traffic.
- Notification: We provide an hour or two notice on the day of delivery, but cannot guarantee a specific time or offer a strict timeslot.
Handling and Liability
- Product Weight: Our products range from 10kg to 280kg, and unloading may require multiple people depending on size and weight.
- Liability: We do not accept liability for any damages during the unloading process, as organizing this process is the customer's responsibility.
Missed Deliveries
- No-Show Policy: If the customer is not present at the delivery appointment, we will attempt contact via phone, text, and voicemail before the driver leaves.
- Product Return: If no contact is made, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
- Redelivery charges: There will be a redelivery charge applied for all second and third attempts.
If the order is returned to our warehouse, we will inspect the condition and proceed with a refund, with deducted transaction, return and restock fees.
